Hey John. I think you handled the whole situation properly. Since he has stopped playing with you, it would be a little presumptuous to pursue matters any further - others MAY enjoy his accompaniment (doubtful) - and it would probably make you look a little immature and petty. If you try to do anything else - i.e. talk to the management; talk to the other players; bring up your complaint again; leave the session - you will just remind everybody of an uncomfortable incident, making them uncomfortable all over again. Speaking to him civilly in the first place, will probably motivate others to do the same, and he may get the message eventually. In group situations, once is usually enough. Paul
