Not wanting to be boringly "technical", but I presumed Yorkshire Tea was blended to get the best possible cup of tea from the hard lime-ridden water we have around here. Saying that, my daughter still prefers to use it over in Liverpool, where I presume they are on soft surface water like the Manchester area. Hmmm... must be the sheep shit after all! Let's face it, most areas of the UK have sheep! Andrea (hardened coffee drinker)
