Hello Mudcat Folks, I've just heard of your database, but don't know how large it is to download for my Mac (and I'm a technoNovice). What I'm looking for at the moment is the lyrics to a song that came out of one of the 20th C. Israeli-Arab wars, called (English transl.) "Jerusalem of Gold" or in transliteration, "Yerushalayim Shel Zahav". Is there a way to search your database online for that, without having to download the whole database?

Thanks for your help! And for the great idea of a trad. music database online!
