Darn it Peg, you got in while I was 'cutting and pasting'. Gnu. Nothing personal towards your good self. I was responding to Peg's earlier post: "Gay parents can be as wonderful, effective, loving and nurturing as straight parents. I know a lesbian couple who just gave birth yesterday! What is all this hogwash about the species dying out? You have gay friends? Sure you do. So does Clinton Hammond." One of my real pet hates is when people go to great lengths to 'describe' a group they obviously have a lot of trouble with, and then claim to have 'good friends' who are members of that group. It happens occasionally here. Peg just said it first. marty
