I'd recommend anyone wanting a good electric\acoustic guitar to have a serious look at the Takemine. I have been really pleased with mine, great tone, good action, sounds good played acoustically and plugged in.

The shop I bought it from had a whole range of electric acoustic guitars and I spent happy hours trying them all. The Tak I eventually bought was one of three of the same model in the shop and they all sounded and felt a little different. I settled for the one I liked best. In other words it pays to check out as many as you can before you spend your hard earned cash - there are variations in the same model from the same manufacturer.
