Mag, Have you visited a conventional physician? Last spring I strained some tendons in the ring and pinky fingers of my right hand while catching a ball. I experienced pain and stiffness for about 3 months and finally visited a hand specialist who gave me a cortisone shot which cleared things up in about two weeks. Don't know if this is an option for you just thought I'd share this. Good luck, f.
