Hi - Horses mouth here! I work for Lancaster City Council and, along with David Wright, organise the Easter Maritime Festival. I can tell you that, yes, it is going ahead, although the decision has been late in coming. If you let me have name and address, I can put your details on to the Festival mailing list, so you get further info as it becomes available. If you are planning to attend and wish to book accom, please let me know and I'll send you a guide.
