I have a three album (LP) set with the same title and cover on the box, as the above CD. This was not a boot as such, but was an Italian import. The copyright law in Italy was (?is) such that live recordings (?recorded outside of Italy) could be released legit. Many stores (HMV, Virgin, etc) sold these albums, complete with Italian licence stamp on label, during the 70's and 80's. I have half a dozen more Dylan albums from the same source, and one live Donovan release. There were plenty more by all kinds of artists.
