One suitable for illustration or animation would be Archie Fisher's "Witch of the Westmoreland" - basically tells the tale of a knight wounded in battle who is told that he must seek and catch the Witch of the Westmoreland in order to heal his wounds. The knight aided by his hound, hawk and horse succeed in catching the Witch, who then must cure him to regain her freedom. Ends: Ride with brindled hound to heel And you're good grey hawk in hand For there's none can harm the knight who's lain Wi the Witch of the Westmoreland. The lyrics are fantastically descriptive, great song and story.
