Hi, Zhenya. There is a type of pick called Alaskapik (I think) that goes around the finger front to back and part of the pick goes underneath the nail. I've been using them to play clawhammer style banjo and they stay on just fine and sound quite natural. I believe they exist also in metal, but I'm not sure. . . Elderly Instruments has them, at any rate. cheers, Aux
