When the tune "Lazarus" is mentioned the reference, whether explicity stated or not, is to the following prototype. I started to copy the verses, too, then noticed at the bottom that the verses given came not from the noter of the tune, but fromNotes and Queries. "Dives and Lazarus" in the DT (Child #56) is very similar
