Thanks Joe, glad you deciphered my needs thru the typos Looked in the database, did not think to look thru old threads. Thanks again Banjer - glad I'm not the only one. Started to think maybe I'm getting old & fussy, but I agree. I LIKE the intros, they are there for a reason. Just think what would happen to all the wonderful 1940s & 50s songs! In so many the introductory verse leaves you guessing until the last second what well known standard is about to caress you (or cuff you about the ears I suppose!) real pleasure, easily and regularly spoiled by DJs who think they are more important than the music. Until recently I'd not noticed this in folk music, but now I have it will only serve to reduce the time I spend listening to music radio. Come back Jim Lloyd - Folk on 2 needs you! Alan B
