You ain't got the full name there, It is really a dysfunction of the male reptile who can't get over a barrier to mate.

To check if your snake has this dysfunction, bring in a female snake and separate them with a piece of ordinary tile. If your male snake can't get over the tile, he has (and here I use the entire name)

Erect tile reptile dysfunction.
