Hey in 1989 I brought home my brand new Martin D18V, $1200.00, signed by both the Martins, incredible tone, took it out of its case, sat down to play it, and the chair collapsed. BIG scratch. On back fortunately. Still there. Still looks great from the front. Life goes on.
