I'd much rather play for dancers (contra, Irish-step, or ceili) than dance myself, but will contra dance if I can't play for the dancers. I've been the couch coach for my son who does Irish step dancing but am not a practitioner myself. I've always though I had the wrong morphotype for those dances that require a lot of "leaping about" like Morris and step-dancing though- Sharon
