Well ... end the PCA and use soldiers as scab labor for even more tasks other than fighting ... "You don't get me, I'm in the Union ... Till the day I die ... " but then again I think the Danes or Dutch have unions to represent their military ... In the States, there is a distinction between the National Guard and Militia, although in context of a Second Amendment debate this gets obscured rather quickly. Texas actually has a Militia and a National Guard. Cheers, Brian
