It's a naked thing Streakers wear shoes because it makes them feel clothed Naked feet make people feel vunerable I.e you could walk home naked with shoes & not suffer, but not the other way round (unless you've got hard feet) Also there's the Sarah Ferguson philosophy but that's on the X channel
