Thanks, BJ! I really appreciate your welcome.
About the only thing I can do musically is applaud. I've tried to learn the autoharp (I've heard that this is the easiest instrument to play)and guitar - not to play publicly, just for myself. Although I've been around and loved folk music ever since I can remember, I've had no success to speak of. My husband's friends think I'm tone deaf, so maybe that has something to do with it. To me, learning to play feels a lot like learning to type; tell me, does that mean I'm doomed from the start?
I'm a librarina (did it again!, it's how I usually spell librarian the first time). I've spent a lifetime travelling; I'm well-read, ill-educated, shy to the point of incipient agoraphobia, pragmatic, usually grateful and mostly joyful. I can also get carried away talking about me, so I'll stop now while I still can. I really do have a lot of affection and respect for this site.
Glade
