Paul, are you still there? You probably won't remember me, but we met about 25 years ago in Hamilton through our mutual friend Barry Chod when he and Carole were still an item. You also played at Campbell's Coffee House once or twice -- which was my base of operations at the time.

Anyway, the $.02 I wanted to put in here is that the last I heard -- a few years ago -- BEW was teaching at Warren Wilson College in Swannanoa, NC. If you're not able to find out anything definitve about Sassafrass any other way, you might call there and see if he's still around.
