There are sessions in Sandy Bells, the Ensign Ewart, The Antiquary, and The Shore Bar, to name a few. There is a folk club weekly at The Pleasance (wednesdays). There are also piles of pub bands and celidhs - check the Edinburgh gig guide if you live in the city. "Craic" is a dubious "Oirishification" of the authentic word "crack". Don't be fooled by "craic águs ceol" as it's usually a guarantee that you'll get neither. Happy hunting. a.w.
