Sorry to interrupt the glowing praise, but speaking as a whistle player I'd say that my experiences (and I can't speak for anyone else) would be that Tony's whistles are too quiet, often out of tune with themselves, and the reason they are cheap is that they sound cheap. Tuning is definitely their main problem. His flutes aren't much cop, either. What I will say for him is that he offers reasonably priced stuff which is well suited to next-step-up-from-beginner whistle players. Don't want to give hima major slagging, or anything.
