I think the number of people passing rap off as music from a culture guilty of enforcing social stereotypes are incredibly short sighted not to see the obvious hipocracy involved in their statements. Since when has a catch all net of generalisation and presumptions based on little knowledge other than a vague recollection of a concept been a constructive basis for judging a genre/race/culture/system of beleifs.
