Most song titles in this thread have been converted to links. --JoeClone, 19-Sept-2002. An old friend used to sing a song that started "When you are in love; it's THE LOVELIEST NIGHT OF THE YEAR. ..." I seem to remember it was sung to the melody of "Blue Danube Waltz," or some other well known waltz. Does anybody know this song and something about it? What are some other waltzes with pretty lyrics that would be fun to sing? WALTZ ACROSS TEXAS and TENNESSEE WALTZ don't do much for me. I do love MOCKIN' BIRD HILL. What do y'all think?
