Mad Maudlin Lyr Req: Swedish Folk Ballad 'Knut Hauling' (13) RE: Lyr Req: Swedish Folk Ballad 'Knut Hauling' 05 Dec 02

Hi Ralphie and Malcolm,

Thanks for all the information and help! I wish my relatives would buy me CDs...guess it's going to be socks and underwear again this year. Sigh :)
I think I could write down the lyrics to Knut Hauling and some other Swedish songs down if I look up almost every word in the dictionary - could leave blanks for the words I don't understand. I don't know about umlauts and a's with a squiggle on them...do I have to enter some HTML code, or does it work when I type the text in word and then copy-and-paste?

As for Sven Svanevit, he always reminded me of Odin. Didn't he ask travellers riddles, too?

Nathali

("Mad Maudlin" because "Tom O'Bedlam" is one of my favorite songs, and since a very dear friend of mine has started calling me that, I wear the name with pride :)
