All the Almanac says is, that Saturn is out all night and reaches an extraordianary opposition on the 17th, high up and at it's brightest since 1973, opposition meaning, on the opposite side of the sky from the Sun,
Also under the heading of , The Visible Planets of 2003, Saturn enjoys it's best year in the half-century span 1974-2030. High overhead in Taurus with it's rings wide open
So if you can find the constellation of Taurus and you should be able to find Saturn.
