Hard boil the egg, roll out sausage meat on floured surface, about 1/4" thick. Cover the egg with the meat, roll in beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbs. Deep fat fry, or cook in the oven on a rack over a tray for a lower fat (not much) version. |
