Not yet, I have some inquiries out that I am waiting for responses on. One was to the ARPERCENT (Army personell center in ST Louis) for his military service records, which will give a better insight into his career. The other letter I sent to his last address in Dayton, which up til a few months ago still had the phone listed in his name in the Dayton book. I sent this letter to: 'Descendants of John W Davis or current resident of' hoping that if it was his wife that was still living there and she passed or his daughter or even one of the grandkids that someone would know how to contact someone. Until I get word back on either of those I am at a standstill because I haven't figured out how to find his daughter yet. But I will not give up!! Thanks all for the help and keeping me motivated....
