beadie: I think the declaration thing is under test right now. Someone is suing George Bush for not declaring war. If there is anything wrong with the election process it is election money from big business, lobbyists and special interest groups. If there is any one part of the constitution that must be preserved at all costs it is the right to bear arms. It seems to me that the anti war protestors are of the same ilk as the "outlaw guns" group. I doubt that all of them are but I am under the impression that most of them are. I think that impression of them also tends to isolate them. Old Guy
