I don't know squat about archtop guitars, but asked Dale Kelldorf, who runs Affordable Archtops in Texas, to take a look. His analysis resonates with others' above. >>I tried blowing up the headstock to see if there was a name but, no luck. Since Harmony and Kay made about 95% of the archtops during the 30's and 40's it's a good bet it's one or the other. Judging from the shape of the guitar, "f" holes, pickgaurd and tailpiece my money is on Harmony.
