So whose fault is it when I'm driving along at the speed limit (70mph), in the centre lane as I'm passing something, in the middle of the night, and the front end of a huge artic appears in my rear mirror, so close I can't see his bumper (fender?), and when he has forced me over, I find that this large and intrinsically heavy vehicle is stuffed to the gunwales with Aga cookers. And has no number. Penny
