I saw an article in the paper about the US POWs which stated that publishing their photos/footage was against the Geneva Convention, and right above the article - with no apparent irony - was a photo of a dozen Iraqi POWs. What's the difference? When is publishing such photos illegal, and when is it legal? Marion (not a rhetorical question, really asking)
