There is a company which specializes in developing the "Irish Pub" to your location/building size and price. They are the ones who built the Fado's across the county and over 300 pubs across the world (according to their literature). Don't remember the name, but they have a link on the Irish Times. Pretty odd to look through all their web material, breaking down the 'Irish Pub" experience and resons for starting one like opening a McDonalds franchise! John OSh
