They don't like to cross cinnamon. However I have been invaded... After the fire we found a LARGE nest in the foam insulation we pulled out. We disposed of it, but I fear did not get the queen. my exchange student says she has ants in her room and I fear they are carpenter ants. We also found a pile of chewed foam in hte bathroom. The Terro is out! (I know it works on sweet ants. I only hope it works on wood ants as well....)
