Lott did not lose his job as Senator. The Repubs. replaced him as majority leader with a medical doctor. One who flies to Africa and does free surgery on Black people, women and children included. As a Repub., I am much more proud of this choice than I was of Lott.

For what it is worth, 80% of Americans respect G.W., 20% hate him. Much better than anyone since Kennedy. I can always be wrong, but so can everyone else. Give the hate a rest . Please!
