Hi Zhenya. I've been to Arts Week the past two years as well. My song class this year was nice because, being in the morning when no one wants to sing, there were only six of us, plus Maggie. She was able to take a slightly different approach and spend more time with each of us individually. She picked one song for each of us specifically that she thought would suit our voices (I got "Lord Gregory," and so did one other woman), and then worked with us on ornamentation and technique. But we also got printed lyrics to each of the songs she gave to others in the class, plus we looked through her repertoire book to see if there was anything else we wanted to learn. So I came away knowing one new song that really suits me, plus lyrics and recordings of about ten other songs (most of which I rather like). It's more than I can say for my song class with Karan Casey last year. She's a nice singer, but she didn't teach anything that I wanted to add to my repertoire.
