Here are some previous threads on the subject....

MD Recording to PC
Transferring LP to CD
Recording from Vinyl
Home Recording 101

As NicoleC said, the first thing is to get it onto a computer. Take a 3.5 Stereo Phone Plug to 3.5 Stereo Phone Plug Cable and attach it from the Earphone jack on the Mini-Disc to the Line-In Jack on the Computer's Sound-Card. Next, open the recording software to record onto the PC from the Line-In Jack.
Next, I would recommend something to break the file up into pieces. You may have them as separate tracks on the MD, but unless you sit at the computer the whole time and start and stop the recording process each time you'll want to break it up.
My computer has a Soundblaster Live! card it came with a good recorder and a good Wave File Editor to do both tasks.

Next, depending on the Burning software, you may have to normalize each of the tracks before burning. Recordings tend to be a little low on volume to be really good sounding on the CD, so the best thing is to Normalize the sound so each track can be approximately the same level of sound. Ashampoo can do this for you within the Burner. I don't think Nero or Roxio allows for Normalizing within the Burning Process.

Hope this helps
