A U-Haul to Wyoming will probably be pretty pricey, and the extra gas mileage hauling it will really add up. I seem to recall my old shell was about $500 brand new, but that was quite a few years ago. I've done the cross-country move with a pickup truck and a low profile fiberglass shell twice, and I gotta tell you -- not a lot fits in a pickup truck after you've stuck that thing on.
