Should I ever be required to don men's clothing and sail awa' on the same vessel on which my fiance has been pressed and shipped away, I shall:

1. Find a more secure way of fastening my jacket than those silver buttons. Note to self: would Velcro hold in a stiff wind?

2. Just in case, wear an undershirt.
