So is the person who grinds Parmesan cheese onto your Italian dinner a "fromagier" or (my preference) a "cheeser"? Or the the cost of the meal determine the title?

I've always thought of the sommelier as the "wino" and the waiter who pulled the cork out of the bottle of wine as a "jerker."
