When I was a skool boy, we used to sing:
Yella belly custard,
Green Snot Pie,
All mixed together with a dead dog's eye,
Spread it on stale berad,
Nice & Thick,
Then wash it down with a cup of cold sick.

Erm, not a great recipy, I know, but what the hell, ? I got it outa my system now!   :)
