WOULD YOU HAVE A YOUNG VIRGIN in the DT, from D'Urfey's "Pills to Purge Melancholy" (c. 1720), gives advice on how to seduce various types of women. (Only the first verse is about virgins.) Unfortunately, I can't vouch for whether the advice is good, since virgins seldom have smickets nowadays.
