My CD has STILL not yet arrived...does this mean I had better start reading War & Peace...watch the postman get knocked over as he crosses the road to my house!

I wonder if its arrival in November with Amazon.com has anything to do with why Amazon UK have just told me I have to wait yet another 1-2 weeks for it! (How ironic if it has to be routed back to the UK from the States. It would be nice to think that it was because they had sold out and were awaiting new stock).
