The Olde Towne of Portsmouth Virginia has a Scottish Walk on December 28th. In the spirit of Hogmanay, we have a massed band of Pipers and Drummers. All who attend walk in the parade. All is free. We have Single Malt tastings, children's story tellers, and jam sessions in the pubs on High Street.
