But they do make some nice roasting joints, chops, casseroles, shepherd's pies etc.

Mind you when I was about 13, I once cycled down a 1 in 4 hill, over a humpback bridge and hit a cow. The cow didn't seem to notice, but I ended up rather bruised and having to carry a bike with buckled front wheel and forks nearly seven miles home.
