Amergin, Mick said something about the card in his computer not being configured so it would work. Maybe he just needs a modem string setting or something. I had problems here when they upgraded the server software and I had to buy a new modem because the support and upgrades for my old one had stopped and my old driver couldn't deal with the server's V92 modems. Modem strings helped, but didn't completely fix my problems. He's used to loggin in from the road, so he's probably got the phone numbers right. If I hear from him again. I'll ask.
