But they do make some nice roasting joints, chops, casseroles, shepherd's pies etc.

One of the signalmen at Blea Moor box on the Settle Carlisle used to regularly supliment his freezer with bits of sheep that had been hit by one of the trains.
He said it was very rare not to get something usable from such incidents!
