I am fuming about having been Kodaked on the one-way system in Chatham - waiting for a letter.

I was being really good, driving really slowly on the way to a folk-club, on a deserted section of urban dual carriageway, three lanes wide. If I'd been trying (and had rather more acceleration than my Skoda) I reckon I could have gone through the section at about 85/90 without difficulty. Big flash. Look at speedo and see 40. So really probaby about 37/38. I infer the limit is 30. Shit.

What use to man beast or humanity (or anything apart from revenues) is this stupidity?
