How do you keep a moron in suspense?

No, seriously, all your questions and lists will accomplish nothing, except maybe to make your 'opponent' cling more tenaciously to his/her position.

The best you can hope to do is to find some thing, or things, no matter how small, that you can agree on, without having to necessarily agree on the cause or solution. Then you at least have a starting point for an actual discussion.
