It is about the joys of cruising up and down a red light area! It is a great song from a great melancholy film though (Große Freiheit Nummer 7, I believe). However, like some of the excellent Friedrich Holländer songs from Blaue Engel, I can see it becoming a folk song in time Wilfried.
