Marion, Good on Ya. Wish I had the nerve to do your thing. Don Firth's story about the "COPS" reminds me of one of my experiences when I was a "cop". About 4 a.m one morning(25 years ago) while on patrol a car just ahead was me was driving slightly eratically . I pulled in the car and recognised the driver as one of Dublins best balladeers. I said, "O.K, into the patrol car, and bring that instrument with you for safe keeping". He sat in the back seat and was instructed to "Open the case". We had a brill session in the car for over an hour, by which time he was in perfect condition to drive his car to his home which was less than half a mile away.
